ICost Advisory Limited is operated by Christopher Marsh MRICS, a  Chartered Surveyor, who through a unique combination of experience and abilities, can assist on all aspects of project delivery, from project inception to asset management when complete.

We focus on the management of delivery chain of projects, including from initial design to project completion, by ensuring the commercial basis of the project is sound, including all of the necessary permissions, agreements and contracts are correctly established.

We go beyond traditional boundaries of consultancies and offer a compete project solution. Our single aim is to provide a complete service that will achieve good value and assured delivery of projects.
